Terms of Service

Last updated July 28, 2026

Welcome to Tuesday. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at tuesdays.nyc (the “Site”) and our waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

What Tuesday is today

Tuesday is a private-chef concierge service preparing to launch in New York City. At this stage the Site is a marketing page and a waitlist. Joining the waitlist expresses interest only — it is not a booking, a purchase, a subscription, or a contract for services, and it does not obligate you to buy anything or obligate us to provide services. Details, availability, pricing, and terms of any future service will be shared separately and are subject to change.

Joining the waitlist

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that it’s yours to share — for example, don’t sign up with someone else’s email address. We may contact you by email about Tuesday, including when we open near you. You can opt out at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Submit false information or impersonate anyone.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
  • Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content except as allowed below.

Intellectual property

The Tuesday name, wordmark, design, copy, and all other content on the Site are owned by Tuesday and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our permission.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t promise the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuesday and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the waitlist. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms, we’ll update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
